Meridia is not designed to store or process Protected Health Information (PHI). Users are instructed not to enter any patient identifying information into the Service. Any clinical observations entered should be fully anonymized.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Chat session history may be retained according to your subscription plan:

• Student plan: 30 days
• Practitioner plan: Unlimited

You may delete your chat sessions at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences (such as theme settings). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
